TODAY IS THE THIRD SUNDAY OF ADVENT

THE THEME FOR TODAY’S MASS IS:
JOYFUL IN HOPE

Our announcements are:

  • There will be coffee and donuts down in the Hall after the 8:30 a.m. Mass on Sunday/today in Brocton. Please come down and enjoy a snack with us.

  • We will be celebrating the 9-Day Novena for Christmas. This is a short prayer time to help us get ready for the birth of our Lord. The first one will be Monday the 16th at 9:00 a.m. in Westfield. Please check the bulletin because these will be different each day, time and location and will continue each day for nine days.

  • The Parish Pastoral Council will hold their next meeting on Monday the 16th at 7:00 p.m. in Westfield.

  • The Christmas Mass scheduled is in the bulletin. On Tuesday, Christmas Eve, there will be a 4:00 p.m. Children’s Mass in Brocton. Then at 12:00 Midnight there will be a Mass in Westfield. On Sunday, Christmas Day, there will be Mass at 8:30 a.m. in Brocton, and 10:30 a.m. in Westfield.

  • Please remember, if you took an Angel from the tree, they must be returned by Sunday/today. See the bulletin for more information.

  • On Sunday, December 22nd, help is needed to decorate the Westfield Site. Please if you can help, we will decorate right after the 10:30 a.m. Mass

  • Ushers are needed. If you would be willing to help at either site, please let Debby know.

  • We have some parishioners who had a wonderful idea. They have made dish cloths for sale. These would make wonderful stocking stuffers! They are one for $5 or two for $8. All proceeds go to St. Dominic’s. They are in the back of the church, check them out!

  • Please, don’t forget about the Advent Mission Project. We will bless the food the weekend of the 28th and 29th. This is a wonderful project.
