ANNOUNCEMENTS

JANUARY 19 & 20, 2019

TODAY IS THE SECOND SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME

THE THEME FOR TODAY’S MASS IS: FOR THE LORD DELIGHTS IN YOU

Our announcements are:

  • After the 8:30 a.m. Mass in Brocton on Sunday (today), we will have coffee & donuts down in the Hall. Please come down and join us.

  • The second session of the “Cycles of the Church” is scheduled for Monday, Jan. 21st in Westfield at 6:00 p.m. The discussion will be regarding “Cycle C”. This session is only an hour, please come and join us.

  • Also, on Monday, Jan. 21st the Parish Pastoral Council will hold their next meeting at 7:00 p.m. in Westfield.

  • On Wednesday, Jan. 23rd the Westfield Legion of Mary will hold their next meeting after the 7:00 p.m. Mass.

  • Please check out the books at the back of the Church. These are “free”, and we want you to take them home, read them, and pass them along to someone else.

  • As of next week, the prayer line will be changed. We have a lot of names, which is good, however some of them have been on there a long time. Now, when you call with a name it will be put on there for three weeks. After that, if they need to still be on there, you will need to call the office and request it. This is a wonderful way to pray for those that need it, so please call the office if you would like someone on this list.

  • Mass will be celebrated in Ripley on Sunday, Jan. 27th at 4:00 p.m.

  • Please everyone, if you could, invite a family member, friend or neighbor with you when you come to church. We need to reach out to our community. Please try.

  • The office will be closed on Monday, Martin Luther King Day.

At today’s Mass, we especially pray for:

Saturday 4:00 p.m. [B] Louis Barresi

5:30 p.m. [W] Marsala Family

Sunday 8:30 a.m. [B] All Souls

10:30 a.m. [W] All the Members of Our Parish
